Mercedes CDI Diesel Injector Puller QS20357 is a specialized 3-piece tool for workshops servicing Mercedes-Benz and Jeep diesel engines. This set is designed to remove Bosch injectors without the use of a reverse hammer. The kit includes a 29 mm impact socket, a special 10 mm hex key, and a support shaft with wide shoulders to protect the cylinder head.

Trying to remove a Bosch CDI injector with improvised means or using a reverse hammer often results in damage to the inside of the injector, the threads in the cylinder head, or the need to remove the valve cover. The QS20357 completely solves this problem: a special key pulls out the inside of the injector, the support shaft with wide shoulders evenly distributes the load on the cylinder head, and screwing the shaft into the injector and turning the nut counterclockwise smoothly pulls out the injector without impact.

Application

⚠️ Important: Before use, make sure that the engine has Bosch CDI injectors. The support shaft must be correctly installed with wide shoulders on the cylinder head for even load distribution.
