Pneumatic-hydraulic drive

Lifting height 260-500 mm

The minimum height of 260 mm allows you to drive under most trucks, and the maximum 500 mm, plus screw adjustment (80 mm), allows for precise adjustment of the level for any vehicle.

The jack is filled with hydraulic oil and is fully ready for operation.

SAFETY AND OPERATION

Before first use: Check the oil level. If necessary, top up (see instructions). Connect the jack to the compressor.

Safety valve: Do not try to lift a load of more than 20 tons – the protection will be triggered. This is not a breakdown, but your safety.

Stability: Install the jack only on a hard, flat surface. Use stands for insurance!

If the jack does not lift: Check if the check valve is closed. If so, you may need to remove air from the system (unscrew the oil filler plug and raise/lower the rod manually several times).

Unstable lifting: If the rod rises jerkily, close the check valve more tightly. If this does not help, the seal may be damaged (requires replacement).

Oil leakage: Inspect the base connection, rod seals, and valves. Leaks are eliminated by replacing the gaskets.

Temperature range: Recommended temperature from +4°C to +40°C. At lower temperatures, the oil thickens, the lift slows down.

After work: Lower the rod, disconnect the air, wipe the jack from dirt. Store in a dry place.
