SAFETY AND OPERATION

Reliable fastening: Be sure to screw the vices weighing 15 kg to the workbench with bolts through the holes in the base. Unreliable fixation reduces the clamping force and is dangerous.

Anvil: This anvil is designed for use with hand tools (e.g., a hammer up to 1 kg). Do not use a sledgehammer; this can damage the vices.

Pipe clamping: Use the lower profile jaws only for pipes. Do not clamp hard profile parts in them to avoid damaging the notch.

Regular lubrication: Periodically lubricate the lead screw and guides. This ensures smooth operation and prevents thread wear.

Do not overload: Do not use extensions on the handle for excessive force; the 19 mm screw is strong, but there is a limit to everything.

Clean jaws: Clean the jaws of chips and dirt. Foreign particles can interfere with a tight fit of the part.
