Description Steel swivel vise with anvil 4
JCB 100 mm (4") Steel Swivel Vise with Anvil JCB-6540304
Rotate the workpiece, not run around it! The 360° swivel base allows you to work comfortably at any angle — no more awkward working positions. Ideal for welding, drilling, and processing complex profiles.
A massive anvil at the back — straighten metal, flatten rivets, work with a hammer directly on the vise. The total weight of 13.2 kg securely holds the structure, preventing it from "walking." Jaw width 100 mm + stroke 130 mm — clamp everything from small components to massive workpieces.
JCB: a third hand that also rotates.
KEY ADVANTAGES
360° Swivel Function
Fix the part at any angle. The swivel base allows you to work from different sides without re-clamping — saving time and effort.
Integrated Anvil
A solid flat surface on the back allows you to straighten metal, work with a hammer, and flatten rivets. Two tools in one.
Weight 13.2 kg
A solid steel weight dampens vibrations during operation. The vises do not shift or "walk" — the part sits dead still.
100 mm Jaws, 130 mm Working Stroke
A wide clamping range: from small nuts to massive profiles. Suitable for most metalworking work.
Powerful Ø17 mm Screw
A 17 mm diameter lead screw provides enormous clamping force. The thread is strong, does not break even when overloaded.
For Drilling Machines
Has basic holes for mounting to the drilling machine table. Fixing the part under the drill — accuracy and safety.
Clamp or Bolt Mounting
Possibility of mounting with clamps or bolts. Flexibility of installation under any workbench.

SAFETY AND OPERATION
Secure fastening: Be sure to screw the 13.2 kg vises to the workbench with bolts through the holes in the base. Insecure fixation reduces the clamping force and is dangerous.
Anvil: The anvil is designed for working with a hand tool (hammer up to 1 kg). Do not use a sledgehammer — this may damage the vises.
Swivel mechanism: Fix the swivel part after setting the desired angle. Do not try to turn the part when the vises are under load.
Regular lubrication: Lubricate the lead screw, guides, and swivel mechanism periodically. This ensures smooth operation and prevents wear.
Do not overload: Do not use extensions on the handle for excessive force — the 17 mm screw is strong, but there is a limit to everything.
Clean the jaws: Clean the jaws of chips and dirt. Foreign particles can interfere with a tight fit of the part.
