Description Steel swivel vise with anvil 6
24.8 kg of pure metal! This is not just a vise — it is a steel monster that holds steadfastly. Its 150 mm jaws and 220 mm stroke will swallow any part, and the swivel base will allow you to twist it as you please.
The anvil is integrated into the body — it withstands hammer blows up to 2 kg. The 19 mm diameter screw creates a titanic clamping force. Ideal for welders, heavy metalwork, and real men who are not looking for easy ways.
JCB: the weight that professionals trust.
KEY ADVANTAGES
Weight 24.8 kg
Almost 25 kg of steel — these are the heaviest vises in the JCB line. They dampen any vibrations, do not shift under load, and provide a feeling of absolute reliability.
360° Rotation
Turn the workpiece at any angle without removing it. Ideal for welders and assemblers — saving time and providing perfect access.
Integrated Anvil
The back is designed as a real anvil. Straighten metal, flatten rivets, work with a hammer — all in one place.
Jaws 150 mm, Stroke 220 mm
A huge clamping range: from small nuts to massive profiles. Suitable for the largest tasks in the workshop.
Powerful Ø19 mm Screw
The 19 mm diameter lead screw provides enormous clamping force. The thread is strong and does not strip even when overloaded.
For Drilling Machines
It has base holes for fastening to the drilling machine table. Fixing the workpiece for drilling ensures precision and safety.
Steel Housing
The solid steel construction has no welds in critical areas, ensuring maximum reliability and durability.

SAFETY AND OPERATION
Reliable Fastening: Be sure to securely bolt the 24.8 kg vises to the workbench through the holes in the base. Unreliable fixation is dangerous!
Anvil Use: The anvil is designed for working with a hand tool (hammer up to 2 kg). Do not use a sledgehammer — this may damage the vises.
Rotary Mechanism: Fix the rotary part after setting the desired angle. Do not try to turn the workpiece when the vises are under load.
Regular Lubrication: Periodically lubricate the lead screw, guides, and swivel mechanism. This ensures smooth operation and prevents wear.
Do Not Overload: Do not use extensions on the handle for excessive force — the 19 mm screw is strong, but there is a limit to everything.
Clean Jaws: Clean the jaws of chips and dirt. Foreign particles can interfere with a tight fit of the part.
