Description QS80092A

The QS80092A universal bushing and bearing pressing and removal set is a professional solution for workshops that perform chassis work. This set contains 20 adapters of different diameters (internal from 44 to 82 mm, external from 34 to 72 mm) and 5 threaded rods made of chrome-molybdenum steel, 350 mm long. It is completely universal for use in cars and trucks.

Trying to press out a silent block with improvised means often leads to damage to the seat, deformation of the lever and the inability to properly install a new bushing. QS80092A completely solves this problem: the set allows you to accurately select the adapter of the required diameter, evenly distribute the force through the threaded rod and press out or press in the bushing without damaging the parts. It can be used both directly on the car and with a hydraulic press.

⚠️ Important: Always lubricate threaded rods and thrust nuts with high-quality molybdenum disulfide grease before and after each use. Do not use a pneumatic tool. Threaded rods and nuts are consumables.
