The Volvo Ford QS10340 Camshaft Installation Tool Set is a complete solution for workshops performing cylinder head overhauls on Volvo and Ford petrol engines. This set is designed for Volvo petrol engines as well as the Ford Duratec 2.5 ST. The set contains all the necessary tools for aligning, locking and pressing camshafts.
A mistake during cylinder head assembly without this set often leads to damaged camshafts, incorrect timing and the need for rework. The QS10340 tools completely solve this problem: the crankshaft locking pin 999 5451 ensures precise positioning, the camshaft alignment tool 999 5452 guarantees correct installation, and the press tools 999 5454 allow the camshaft cover to be lowered evenly onto the cylinder head.
