The VAG 1.2 6V/12V Timing Tool Set QS10084 is a specialized solution for workshops servicing 3-cylinder engines from the VAG concern. This set is designed for the 1.2 HTP engines in 6-valve (BBM, AWY, BMD, CHFA, etc.) and 12-valve (AZQ, BME, BZG, CGPA, etc.) versions, which were installed on Seat, Skoda and Volkswagen.

An error when fixing the 1.2 HTP phases without this set often leads to incorrect chain tension, failure of the gas distribution phases and serious engine damage. The QS10084 tools completely solve this problem: the T10123 camshaft locking clamp is used for 12-valve engines, the T10120 locking pin locks the camshafts of 6-valve versions, and the T10121 crankshaft pin ensures precise positioning for both engine types.
